Finding of Not Guilty
Defendant was arrested after police had been conducting surveillance on T.B. and SWAT team executed search warrant. Officers and narcotics dog recovered heroin, cannabis and firearms.
After cross examining officers, attorney Purav Bhatt uncovered that there were 12 individuals in the home during the raid. Furthermore, police and prosecutors could not establish proof of residency or for how long T.B. was present at the home. Additionally, attorney Bhatt established that narcotics and firearms were found throughout the home and could not be in the sole possession of T.B.
Defendant was released and all charges were dismissed.
