T.B. was pulled over and charged with the Driving Under the Influence in violation of 625 ILCS 5/11-501(a)(2), after police observed what they believed was impaired driving while picking up her son from work. T.B. performed field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol. Attorney Bhatt successfully argued to restore T.B.’s driving privileges as well as securing a finding of not guilty on the DUI charges.
