Description: A.V. was caught for shoplifting. He was on a visitor’s visa and was given a court date which was beyond his travel back date. Dealing with stiff timelines here attorney Bhatt got an early court date, got the prosecutor to agree to a suggested disposition that would result in a dismissal of the case before facing the judge. On the hearing day things were all in line and Mr. Bhatt was able to get the case dismissed. A.V. was appreciative of being very communicative and for Mr. Bhatt working his way around and got what A.V. needed.
